Go to 1:46 on the video and you can see Nibali lobbing the bottle at Froome (He has an Astana rider either side of him but the national bands give him away). About 7 seconds later on the video you see Froome mouthing something at Nibali and the bidon is just in front of Froome's bike.

But no way is that white object Nibali's bottle. Computer, magnify:

He had another 2-3 in his shirt, he was going to bring some water to his domestiques but froome pissed him so much that he changed his priorities

It hasn't, only by Sky fans I guess.
I watched the replay over and over on a HD widescreen tv. I don't see a bottle thrown, only a white flag waved by a fan and Nibali moving in frustration.
Froome avoided the crash, he should've been long gone even before Nibali got up

Reall bad off day/bike problems. He was doing well up Huy

Today he was weak compared to Julien Simon either. It tells nothing about his level as a rider.

It looks like he just ran out of energy today. He was at the front of the group and then suddenly cracked and slipped right through the group. Not a very good sign.
