Sky up for a revenge!! but if Wiggo ends up in company of Purito & Valverde before the last K-then is game over for him. Scarponi to try something- I'd love to see Uran doing his thing-but unlikely since duty is first

Perhaps DE GENDT is set to do one of his legendary solo adventures....
.............. And once again Rujano nowhere to be seen:D

Breakaway for the win, I think. Quintana to leave everyone in his dust again to be first of non breakaway riders in.

A while ago I designed a stage with a similar finishes tomorrow's, but adding the Alt d'Enviny (which the Volta would probably have categorised as 1st cat) between Cantó and Port-Ainé:

This is tomorrow's stage (minus the first 20 kms):

I will go for another Quintana win. He was the strongest today.

Question is, will Valverde let him this time? He'll probably be doing what his team tells him, and Valverde isn't gifting GC here.

I've just googled for "Valverde UCI points" and haven't found any link saying that his points will count this year. In that context I see no reason for him not gifting GC to a teammate.

Do they care about that? In terms of publicity Valverde is much more interesting for Movistar than Quintana, and they have enough riders with points to easily make the top 15 each year.
