It certainly does. LRP will absolutely annihilate Malhao, but I don't think he will be strong enough to shake them on Foia. He doesn't need to tho as long as he does as expected on the TT and Malhao.

Okay, Machado... that was new! I'm no expert, but I think it's a good idea to make sure the shoe is tight enough that it doesn't fall off when you crash. Otoh hand; keeps you from potentially breaking your ankle...
