Going to be a VERY long 3 weeks.


I've now watched the first half hour of Versus coverage of the TdF.

I've heard Lance's name about 613 times.

I've heard about how Lance is out to get Contador; how Contador needs to watch Lance.

I've heard about what a nasty, filthy liar Floyd Landis is and he is just jealous of LANCE.

I was sure there were other riders in the race.

Guess not.



I think I'll go for a bike ride.

The good news is at least I'm three pounds lighter after having gone through my own round of vomiting while watching VS.

I can't watch the Vs. coverage anymore. I'd prefer to watch Eurosport on a 17 inch computer monitor instead of the 37" TV filled with "the LA show and a couple other guys who ride bikes, but not as fast".

Having let my feelings be known,

That Specialized commercial was funny stuff.

Contador and Schleck riding trainers and trash talking .........

That was a good commercial.
