This an interesting stage - An in-form Bennett and Mezgec can get over the final two cimbs so do MS and Bora ride to bring back the break or even try to get both riders in the break - You ride to bring back the break and you could be ambushed by a Gilbert or Stybar type.

yeah, there is zero chance for Sam Bennett. I doubt more than 10 guys will come in together, if at all.

And Pello Bilbao said, if a good descender gets a 5s gap over the climb, there's no way to bring him back

The first 130kms look like a snooze fest but the last 40 kms could do a lot of damage if there is a team willing to take the race on aggressively.

López has often struggled on the short steep Muritos and descent to the line won’t be a help.

I'm just hoping that valverde will race to distance his rivals and not to win in a sprint... Valverde can gain time 15/20 seconds to lopez tomorrow, roglic the same.

Ehm, they stand absolutely no chance what so ever. Have you even bothered to look at the climbs?!
