Long stage considering the heat

One for the sprinters perhaps if you just look at the finish profile, but the climb to Alto de San Jerónimo added with the heat and the suffering may drop a few from the group and with only 10 km from the finish may mean a few of the bigger bodies get dropped.

A day of small vertical gains and descends will not be a simple one.

A day for a break or a sprint but the question of todays stage who survives the Alto de San Jerónimo.

This can be worse that the stage Lastras won last Monday

Google Maps says 14% is to the north of Cordoba while San Jeronimo Monastery is to the west.
