Question Watching the E3 - Oudenaarde or Ronse?

I'm spending a Friday in Flanders in March to watch the E3. I'm planning to photograph the race (on a strictly amateur basis) - does anyone have any suggestions as to how best to see it pass multiple times? I'd like to see at least one of the famous climbs but am otherwise pretty open to descents or flat sections - is Oudenaarde or Ronse a better base, and is it easy enough to get between different segments?

Assuming the course is much like last year's, many of the roads look pretty close together - but I'm not sure if that's deceptive and involves crossing farm tracks etc...
