Hello everyone,
As you can see, we've been hard at work on producing content to get up on the MTB page of our new Cyclingnews site design. We'd like to know what you think - and also what kind of content you would enjoy going forward.
I'll address a few common questions to save you from asking them...
1. No MTB content is on the home page. Don't worry, we know! And it's on our list to fix. In the mean time, you can get to all the MTB content by going to the tabbed page.
2. News editions show only for April. We know this, too! And we'll be adding more soon. Please bear with us. More current stories are in the list of news items on the right hand side. With our new design, we hope to bring you the mtb news in a more timely fashion - rather than having to wait until the next MTB news edition.
3. What happened to the MTB calendar? We know it's really important and we will be putting it back up on the new site. We're also working on how to better indicate and group race series - in case there's one you particularly like to follow.
4. Why does it always say "stage" when most of these MTB races aren't stage races? This is what happens when you let a bunch of roadies design your site.
Ok, ok... This fix is in the queue, too, for the non-stage races that are MTB. For now you'll just have to use your imagination and make the "race" / "stage" swap. The 'cross and track pages will also see these fixes - in case you were wondering.
Thanks for your patience during this transition.
Sincerely,
Sue George
