What is a Troll?

It is kinda hard to define what trolling is. The term sorta gets tossed around alot and it has lost some of it's meaning. One example that has been given in the past is this: If you were to go into one of the Lance Armstrong threads and start talking about how clean he was ect. that would be one form of trolling. It could also be someone who is purposefully stirring up trouble. A Froome fan talking a ton about Froome in the AC thread and throwing a lot of dirt on AC.

I don't know the context in which you were called a troll. Maybe it was justified, maybe it wasn't....couldn't say unless I knew the context. I do know however, that some people here will simply label someone else as a troll only because they don't like the person or they disagree with that person. Some will use it as a way to "smear" someone else....You have to learn to ignore some of what people say. Gotta have thick skin sometimes. :)
