What is this bike?

Im no bike enthusiast but I've just moved to a pre owned house and the previous owner left a bike out so long that a small shrub grew around it. I wondered that the frame could be of some use to someone and the frame looks good. What would you guys think? Is there potential?

Wow - you could be asking for a roasting! Is this frame worth trying to get it back into a working bike? No. Just, no.

Cheap frame - the cheapest. Stamped dropouts.

COULD you get it back into a working bike? Probably yes. But it ain't worth it. For all the hours you will spend refurbishing - for the cost of the parts you will need - you could buy 2 or 3 bikes of this quality new. This bike is more useful going to the metal scrap yard for recycling there.

Sad, but true.
