what oil/cream to heat up legs before a ride ?

see if you can find nicoflex on the web. i use it to warm up my knees for weightlifting. it gets very warm and lasts a couple of hours.

The old method was wintergreen and olive oil its cheap and will work OK.
Just keep it off the tender skin and away from eys.

I still use it and have for 50 years the water just runs off your legs.

Well add some 100% alcohol and you get Baileys Irish Cream, it will warm you inside as well:eek: I used to mix some of them long time before;)

I have never warmed my legs prior to a ride or race. Does it provide for a better ride or make a difference to you or does it just feel good?
