Sorry for my english but i shall give it a try

Im considering to buy a time trail bike and got some good offers, but i need you guys help. What bike is best? The bike will be used for training and ½ ironman. I will buy "Bike Fit" after, So the bike fit me 100% correct
- The bikes cost the same in my country

To the bolded, you need a fit BEFORE you buy the bike. A fitter should be able to tell you with good confidence a range of top tube length values that will work for you.

If the length of the top tube doesn't work for your body, then any fitting that follows will be best-effort, but not very good.

Used bikes in your price range are normally a great value.

Cervelo P3 - Ultegra, Shimano R501, Vision Team 650c (300 £ not used. Can be used on upgrade)

Would definitely go with cervelo, personal opinion based on my past experience with all of the mentioned bikes.
