Is there a list of race testing for 2011?

I imagine all WT are automatically tested but 1.1 or 2.1 races, are they automatically tested?

I checked UCI site but no list that i could find.

In theory all UCI races are to be tested. National federations schedule testing for national team athletes and National championships. Domestic testing is more resource limited. I have seen at least 1 occasion where the GC leader failed to finish when unannounced testing was to occur. Oh and Unannounced is announced at the start line

Opt-outs (DNS) like that simply need to be tested. As are DNF's. Show up to the finish line to check whether you're being tested. Some have gotten suspension by DNF'ing and going home.

I preferred the type of testing where we were already racing and during the race they showed up and the speaker mentioned the random starting number to be tested, apart from the podium.
Sometimes those random tests managed to get someone who had a shady name. Good to have those tested, for many reasons, even if it's a negative result.

In theory the top-tier races have anti-doping. In practice, no. Last year's ToC had no testing and that did not come to light until much later.

And then there is the matter of what tests are run. In very big races the promoter has some say as to what tests are run. I don't know what happens at smaller races.

The advantage of keeping the tests secret actually works for the dopers/UCI. They test for stuff no one in their right mind would take because the tests are excellent at catching cheats. Meanwhile, they don't test for recent EPO variations. All clean!

Cheers. Makes it all clear. Looking at the beginning of the season some 'amazing' performances from some riders ans some teams. Sadly.
