Pat McQuaid and Hein Verbruggen have gone for a rather long walk and won't be back for a while, and as head of the UCI, you can do whatever you like in your reign of terror :)D). You can do anything, but all I ask is that you leave all Clinic matters out of this thread.

As the new provisional head of the UCI, I would like to announce an open door policy. Also, we need new machines for testing the athletes.

If you would like to take advantage of our new open doors and bring us (me) donations for the new machines, I can assure it will be appreciated. And of course we will practice the utmost discretion. Unmarked bills would be best, but we can also take a personal check.

I dont know who elected them I dont remember seeing any ballot papers was it a hung decision with independants taking control .

How do these people get elected I am sure some members of the Australian Government would love to know.
Guy Faulks had a good idea.

Ditch the pro-tour and let race organisers do what they want initially but then give the top 8 teams in the rankings gaurantees to monuments, top 12 guarentees to grand tours

Ditch the rankings and let the guys at cq take over

Get rid of the tour of california

Radically overhaul the transfer system, making contracts more public, allowing signings as in football but with a salary cap

Have an elected head of the UCI and elected board made up of members from different countries.

Almost impossible not to mention clinic so with no intention of further expanding on it:
Hand control of testing over to wada
impliment 4 year bans immediately, 1 year if riders co-operate
ranking points deductions to teams for violations

can i suggest as part of being in charge of the UCI would involve testing etc that this thread be put in "general" rather than here or the clinic
