Who makes TdF Neutral Bikes?

In my end of season boredom, I've come to wonder who makes the neutral bikes at the TdF (or other major races for that matter)? As you can see from the yellow sponsored vehicles, Mavic is the neutral wheel supplier, but I can't remember seeing any sponsor's names on the neutral bike's frames.
