Why not a Paralympic Discipline?

Sure, the H and T classes won't be able to ride - just like they aren't able to ride track - and I suppose even the B class would require a bit of trust between rider and pilot.
However, is there any reason to not include the C class(es)?

Including the C class in the Paralympics could work, especially since it focuses on athletes with less severe impairments who can still handle cycling. The H and T classes have obvious limitations, but for C class athletes, it could add more competitive opportunities. No major reason stands out against it, as long as safety and fairness are addressed. Why not give them the chance?
