I actually agree with Wiggins. Might prove he's clean. Is there something wrong with that?

No I dont think he is but, this is what I've been saying all along. lances undoped V02 max is in a huge cluster of other talented riders. Its something perhaps not a log of pros know, but some knowledgeable guys are aware of it.

It must have been terrible for Wiggins to find out that his hero Lance doped his way to 7 Tour victories. Maybe he should've listened to all the bone-idle w****** out there

Yep it should go in the Sky thread instead of clogging up the clinic.

This is not hear-say, this is first-hand knowledge:
Cyclists and DSs called for a truce in 2008.
The use of PEDs has diminished significantly afterwards, as a result of which cycling is so much cleaner now and GTs can be won clean.
All results obtained after 2008 are fully credible. As of 2008 PEDs are no longer the rule but the exception.
JV has informed us of these facts. And indeed the evidence of a new clean era is compelling:
The Padua investigation is going nowhere. Ferrari just provided training advices. Contador tested positive, but for something he never knowingly took. Lance 2009 may have been doped, but he was an exception in a field of clean racers such as Wiggins and others.
We all know the Schlecks are clean; Fraenk just got screwed by Bruyneel. Vino is a prime example of how previous sinners have come to regret the dirty dark era, have come back, and have won big races clean. Bruyneel and Riis are still in the game, but they signed the truce called for in 2008. Sponsor Rabobank jumped ship, but that's just a result of their anger wrt the pre-2008 period.

Great post. That's about the best that the "cleaner era" UCI apologists can come up with. If Padua explodes, it will be interesting to see what new 'party line' that the UCI apologists start promoting.

Wiggo , like everyone who understood pro cycling over the last 20 years always knew Armstrong was doped to the gills. Feigning any kind of surprise is utter nonsense.
For that reason alone Wiggo,s credibility on the issue, Is, in my book, a big fat zero.

aye!

he is but a cyclist...............perhaps? you expect too much

It would be expected for BW, clean or not, to fully comply with the omerta protocol. Or he would end up in cycling Coventry.

Professionally he would be advised how to deal with these "demons".

I expect he would now be limited to keeping a troll diary. Alphabetically entering the names of trolls who he will deal with after his redemption phase.

Redemption will occur (according to the hopeful Markvw).

He must be hating now that “anti-doping” is in fashion. Even Contador is in on the act!

he can keep the troll diary but it won't do him much good. No one id going to listen to anything he says anymore.

I think his only way is to take down the UCI. He'll get some kudos for doing that.
