You take over one of the 18 World Tour teams, sign up to 30 riders in a series of auctions, and give them multi-year contracts within your total salary cap. Your guys score CQ points for you in each race based on the real-life results. Then we redo the bidding for riders out of contract and draft neo-pros each November.

Actually, we've decided to run 2 games!
November 1 - the usual game.
Once the auctions are mostly over (November 16-ish) - a brand new Dynasty World Tour.

While the learning curve to jump from one to the other is minimal, they complement each other wonderfully:
- usual game has long contracts only for stars, DWT will have long contracts mostly for developing riders;
- usual game has no contract extensions, DWT does;
- usual game has unbreakable contracts, DWT lets the rider break a contract if they're grossly underpaid.
