His value must've gone up a lot since the beginning of the year, he shouldn't be too hasty to go into a multi year contract without much thought.

Since Israel Premier Tech are fighting in the 2023-25 rankings to get a WT spot it seems like a waste of points with Blackmore in the dev team yes. He could have been part of the main squad and rode the same program even and that would be another 500 UCI points this season so far for them.
