Hi all, first post of the forum but hoping people can put my mind to rest. I recently bought a Scott Addict 30, and when it got delivered I gave it a once over to check the frame is good to go, but noticed this small thing on the non-drive side chainstay, please refer to the image. To my untrained eye it looks like the carbon fiber is exposed, does it look like the case and/or should I be worried?

I've asked the bike shop and Scott for guidance too, but the latter has been a bit vague with their response. So happy for anybody's thoughts. I've been riding steel for the last 5 years (Strael) so delving into the world of carbon fiber is all a bit new to me. Any help appreciated!

(Please excuse the dust, house is getting renovated...)
