You haven't truly enjoyed potatoes until you fry them in goose fat and eat them with mayonnaise from Devos-Lemmens.
(Listen Americans, I know you guys consider mayo a "spread' but you're wrong. Mayonnaise is god's gift to the world!)

Proper Belgians make their mayo from scratch :p

HELL YES to frying them in goose fat - duck fat works too, so does clarified unsalted Lurpak butter!

But the topic here was how to avoid peeling them - and still enjoy them ;)
