Does anybody know how many bonification seconds riders can earn in a Giro d'Italia stage? (I want try to calculate how many stages the winner of the prologue will ride in pink.)

I'd like to know if the winner of the prologue in Apeldoorn automatically is ranked first for the points and mountains classification? Does anybody know the answer? Thanks in advance.
