    Tadej Pogacar and Mauro Giannetti

Yeah but they have nutrition and carbs now!

    Tadej Pogacar and Mauro Giannetti

On a side note, there's a video doing the rounds of Pogacar on the Poggio and the motorpacing is absolutely ridiculous, 5 motos less than 10 meters in front. That gives a huge advantage.

Commentary on TNT and other WB brands

Was the best part of the race, not having to hear Adam Blythe forget who Isaac del Toro was.

    Tadej Pogacar and Mauro Giannetti

Nah, Sky made ONE race a year boring, other races where great in that time. I'd take team Sky back in a heartbeat, at least they looked human and people actually questioned their performances.

    Paris-Nice 2026, March 8-15

Is there a reason why they aren't finishing on the Promenade des Anglais and Col d Eze aren't being used?

    Paris-Nice 2026, March 8-15

Paris Nice shouldn't be going into the Alps and doing long MTF's at altitude in March anyway. Should be small punchy climbs like Mont Faron or Mende, and full of medium mountain stages.

He mentioned "Biniam" about 30 times in the last KM, he's genuinely obsessed with him, not very partial. Reminds me of Calton Kirby and Chris Froome.

Giro d'Italia Giro d'Italia 2026 Route: Speculation, Rumours and Announcements

We talking Athens level disaster? Riders crashing left right and centre, bad roads, on coming cars ect.

What percentage of attacks that end in wins would make Pogacar interesting?

Long range attacks are only epic if it's a rider trying the make up time, like Landis to Morzine, Schleck on Galibier or Contador Fuente De for example. Pogs long range attacks have been boring for years IMO. The 2007 TDF Pyrenees mountain stages are what I enjoy from mountain stages.

    Strade Bianche 2026, March 7, one-day race

Adding the extra loop to make it harder has killed this race. The 2018 - 2021 were great as it suited many different riders, but it's too hard now.

    Crashes, what can be done?

I've been saying this for a while, the biggest problem is this obsession from DS's to be at the front. I turn on KBK and the riders are fighting tooth and nail to get to some random right hand bend with over 100k to go. However, I don't think there's much more crashes than before, I remember...

Teams & Riders The Remco Evenepoel is the next Eddy Merckx thread

All I'm going to see before I leave this subject, is that when the cameras cut to Remco getting dropped, I wasn't shocked at all. These collapses against the top riders aren't new. I like Remco for what it's worth, one of the all time great time trailists and a great one day rider, but as a GC...

Teams & Riders The Remco Evenepoel is the next Eddy Merckx thread

A 21 year old Del Torro being a GC contender for the first time is not the same as a Del Torro in his mid 20's with more GC experience . I mean in the Vuelta Remco couldn't beat Sepp Kuss...

Teams & Riders The Remco Evenepoel is the next Eddy Merckx thread

He's an amazing talent, but as I said, there's a mentality problem with Remco, he seems to shut down when things go against him, like the Vuelta in 2023. Also the depth of talent now is much better than before, I can't see him beating Del Torro for example. I like Remco and I think he gets a...
