Can Martin catch up with Pauwels?

I believe he could have taken Majka if he had eased off yesterday. However, no he will not be able to catch more when it goes upwards. Congratulations to Majka! Well deserved!!!

He probably used to much energy yesterday. If he would eased off then, he could have been up there with Majka. Majka to win, unfortunately.

Re: The route designers might have thought this to be a stage for a breakaway/KOM-combat. I agree with you, it would have been a lot more action of the finish was on the Tourmalet or if they went directly into Luz Ardiden after.

Will we see an attack from Nibali down on Col d'Aspin? Is there any other reason for Grivko to stay "in the middle"? Grivko seems to cycle too fast to just be sliding back the peloton again.

Re: Re: The Break will make it. Soon 10 minutes. I believe it will be a fight between Voeckler and Majka to take the top point on the two highest finishes. Then, they will use a lot of energy and will not have enough power to beat the others when most of the group comes together before the...

Now we have today's winning group! It will quickly get up to 10 minutes lead over the peloton. Dont think Demare and Simon will make it across. Pauwels for the win while Voeckler and Majka will focus on KOM.

How is the wind direction and strength today for the possibility of echelons and splits in the group?
