In a nutshell it boils down to eating fresh produce, fruits, legumes and limited animal sources of protein.

You guys have made some valid points. There has to be a line drawn somewhere, though, on meaningful punishments.
Backdated suspensions and other tomfoolery like that just isn't going to cut it.
