Re couple of good towns to base in for a week each ... just hoping to do rides of 120km'ish including good climbs . would be ideal if they had some events to enjoy night times . all contributions gratefully received .

been to gran canaria in late november before and have to say it was an excellent escape and vg island for riding - lovely hills and fantastic people . its a good option imo
