When is the last time he had a bad day? 2023 Worlds TT? Or if you think that does not matter, Courchevel 2023? I think he has been on the podium of every race he has done since 2023 Lombardia with the exception of 2024 Quebec. And he races from February/March to October. On all kinds of races.

Same here. The whole team looked weaker compared to last year as well and Vingegaard was slower than he was in 2022 despite huge action on Spandelles that day. And he was also bad in the TT. For some reason he has very good explosivity but does not have the strength for long efforts. Last year...

Doesn't it become clear afterwards? For example in 2016, Contador crashed in stage 1 and finished but then lost time on uphill finishes and retired later on stage 9 due to the injuries. Or Roglic 2022 who crashed, somehow finished 3rd on PDBF, then retired after the Granon stage where he lost...

I think he may have a point but not sure if it is the time (maybe tomorrow he will have injuries and drop 5-10 minutes which will make the waiting thing pointless) and mainly I'm pissed about injuries potentially affecting the race.
