Yes and no. More than Coke and plenty of others saw use of banned substances while 'not on the bike competing' lol - I am sure Lance was not on the bike either while using banned substances. Prohibited substance not only by cycling but by LAW.

Every time I see these types of interviews I laugh. The peloton is scared - they want to look into the future because most of these riders doped... Travis Tygart has evidence on a whole bunch of cyclists and another team manager (I think they have the team manager based on the Lance Federal case). If he does not proceed with cases against these individuals he is exposed. It is USADA's duty to proceed with action against these individuals.
