1. Not possible.
2. This would be extremely sad for Armstrong and cycling. The only advantage is that he would not have to wait for the letter to start packing the yellow jerseys and trophies. (Don't forget, this means that Bruyneel, Celaya, and Marti are willing to take the fall for (with) him.)

he won't have to pack any jersys or trophys. floyd could have kept his if he hadn't smashed it. what is happening if whether an organization, the USADA, recognizes those wins.

Highly unlikely. Too complicated. Bruyneel, Celaya, and Marti need to be on board. USADA will set the terms of any confession.

The blindside appears to be the most likely.

What have we been looking at and not seeing?

It could be an endeavor that has nothing to do with the case but will grant him major PR brownie points as he goes to arbitration. He carrires on his good work as though nothing is amiss.

I'm going out on a limb and saying that he will confess.

Either that or something like "This witch hunt has gone on far too long...

Minions! Now! Grab a witch! That's it, minions! Eliminate the haterz! Mahahahahaha... throw them into the pit!"

The yellow jerseys and the trophies will go to the junk yard. It is that simple.

Nopes. Arbitration is decided in the next few hours.

Likely, when all is said and done he will become a born-again cancer awareness preacher. Will you be in the pews on Sundays?

Has anyone Googled "Lance Armstrong" and clicked on "News?"

Here is today's banner quote:

""an impossible and unlawful choice: either accept a lifetime ban and the loss of his competitive achievements or endure a rigged process where he would be certain to lose"

Appalling. Simply appalling. Because Google gets a bunch of money from Livestrong.com, we need to put up with this one-sided news feed?

Fox News anyone?

I must believe that since Armstrong has not yet agreed to arbitration, he will not. Whilst to fanboys 3 days is not "enough time," contingencies should have been in place. His team has been working the behind-the-scenes PR machine to prepare them for his "defiant" announcement.

Well, it is not entirely wrong. That is his choice. Of course, it is possible and it is lawful. And he does need to choose.

The media judges him a bit harshly. He is not certain to lose. This may be worrisome, but it is so.

It is a crying shame that all the trolls, haters, and axe grinders have hounded an American hero until he was run to ground. Sure, he may have done a little wrong, but overall he has done too much good for too many. It is a sad statement on society that the givers can be pulled down into the muck of those who never contributed anything.

It's a conspiracy of the bone-idle self-stimulators.

I think Mr. Armstrong will set a defiant tone in his press conferance, especially if there are cameras there. He will reject all charges and says he will overcome the odds despite having the process rigged against him. This is what he did with his cancer and this is how he won his 7 TdF titles.

He will fight this fight in public, so that his fans can see the one sided process he is up against.

I think this will be the gist of his press conference.

So just a few hours more, to see if I am right(public arbitration). Sadly CET forces me to go to sleep.

I wonder if Pat can sleep tonight:rolleyes:
