I’m voting Roglic. His form seemed to be getting better during the Tour.

I could see Kristoff targeting the victory #100 as he’s retiring at the end of the season - he’s currently at #97. He’s not having a great season though so that it doesn’t look likely. Roglic is at #91 so that might be possible next year if he has a good fall this season.
