    Question Is Chris Froome cleans?

Chris Froome is currently riding how Chris Froome should have been riding all along.

Timing of EPO in early 90's that doesn't add up..

I raced in the junior event of a criterium near Den Haag in the summer of 1988. A dutch woman died during her race. It was a big deal at the time because I believe she had won a silver medal the previous year in a worlds road race or tt. I forgot her name.

Except that crash is behind him now and he's fully functional. He needs a bit extra.

Olympics 2020 (2021): Harder to dope in Japan?

Well, they do peak every four years unlike the others who do the less-reliable 2-3 times a year type of peaking.

Olympics 2020 (2021): Harder to dope in Japan?

I'm not sure about who has been authorized to travel to the Olympics to support riders/athletes, but can one assume that it is more difficult to dope in an Olympics in Japan? Are team doctors in attendance? Would smuggling in performancing enhancing drugs be too difficult?

    Wout van Aert

Pre-this year's TDF, it would've been odd if WvA didn't beat Cavendish in a sprint (based on what Cavendish has done the last few years compared to WvA). WvA did lose a few minutes up Mount Ventoux, when Pogacar was sandbagging (imo). Had Pogacar wanted, he would've closed the gap.

    State of the peloton 2021

Comprehend this: Froome wouldn't have been allowed to start the TDF if he was still injured. If his injury was as bad as everyone (you believe) says it was, then he would've been forced to drop out of the race on stage 1. So, what you're seeing, imo, if the real Froome...and the real Thomas...

    State of the peloton 2021

Does the fact that Froome and Thomas (and most of team INEOS) appear to suck now make the doping appear more obvious? Of course there are other examples, but it seems like more riders are taking steps backwards than those who have significantly improved, thus making riders like Pogacar appear as...

    State of the peloton 2021

Well, Pogacar looks especially good given how bad his rivals look. I don't think he's necessarily making them look bad, they're just much worse. Jumbo and Ineos are normal teams now with normal riders. To me, that's the story. Did the UCI find the magical reason to why those teams were so...

    State of the peloton 2021

I know this is a strecth, but, maybe what we're seeing in this year's TDF is what "clean" looks like. Froome is probably back to his pre-transformation self. Thomas is Thomas before he decided to give grand tours a go and magically became a climber.

    Tadej Pogacar and Mauro Giannetti

Pocagar, a young rider, is one year older than last year. One would assume he is probably a stronger rider so that must be taken into consideration. Phenoms are phenoms. He reminds me a lot like Lemond.

Remco is going to smash it....can't wait.

Team Ineos (Formerly the Sky thread)

This is the first year Team Skyneos riders didn't have to fake being tired on an HC climb, and their most genetically gifted rider won (not the guys who decided to become the world's greatest climbers later in life). Weird season.
