    Best way to recover from a serious crash?

    I crashed 3 weeks ago, fractured my left tibia and filbula. It needed a pin through my tibia to be able to heal. Now I'm just sitting/lying on the sofa waiting for it to get better. I still have quite a lot of pain, but it seems that that's normal. I have had a few fractures before. 4 years...
