    ah you have fallen for the we have two organisations trap the BikeNZ is the Government $$$ liked overarching organisation and BikeNZ road and track runs the sport of road and track to the masses. We also have separate organaistaions for BMX and MTB.

    Most certainly it would depend on the quality of National Federation (Im not questioning CA here, its not my federation). Also depends on what the team is trying to do a. make a professional commercial team or B. a national trade team
