    Hi All, This is how I made my energy bar, feel free to comment on it. 3 cups of rolled oats, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 1/2 cups of dried milk, 1 tbs cinnamon, 1 cup of lite syrup, 2 large egg whites, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup raisins.

    How do you get up and cycle in the morning?

    Hi VP, To get energy in the morning take protein shake before morning cycling. Create your sleeping schedule and go to bed early to wake up early. I sleep before 9:00 pm and woke up 4:00 am for morning workouts.
