This is how I made my energy bar, feel free to comment on it.
3 cups of rolled oats, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 1/2 cups of dried milk, 1 tbs cinnamon, 1 cup of lite syrup, 2 large egg whites, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup raisins.
