    Tadej Pogacar and Mauro Giannetti

Sure but we aren't talking about a random individual rider, we are talking about a rider that makes a peloton that is destroying everyone look like children. A peloton that went from performing far worse than the EPO era in 2019 to a guy climbing 6 minutes slower than pogacar (Beille) still...

World Championships 2023: Men's Road Race (August 6)

Half French I would say. He can't be "half belgian" because he doesn't have any belgian parents no? just was born there.

Re: Re: Lol dude that is the most flawed logic I have ever seen, it's not a zero sum game, going 10km/h slower for 1 hour doesn't mean you can go 10km/h faster later just because you went slower. If Usain bolt walked the first 50 meters of a 100m race he would lose against a lot of people, it...

Teams & Riders Froome Talk Only

Re: I wish, might as well , he doesn't really need to do anything now though, the tour is done he can have a normal ride till the end and everyone will just say that he had one good day and the others had a bad day.

    Most believable Tour in years?

I was saying it in the context he was saying "good" , as in "this year" good. I don't think anything major has changed since last year aside from some of the major teams crashing out.

Froome crashed out? Take sky out and 2011/2012 look similarly good.

    2014 Tour de France, Stage 18: Pau–Hautacam (145.5 Km)

You're missing piti in 2nd. Wish peraud wasnt in there though personally.

    Most believable Tour in years?

I don't know but we should consider that the whole earpiece thing makes a difference here too. Riders do what they need to do an that is all and racing is more conservative and grouped.

Competition aside, I'm pretty sure everyone would be more accepting of increasingly better performances from a young promising rider like bardet than JC Peraud at 37, although the number of people that believed in Horner was still pretty high so I dont know.

    What REALLY bothers you?

Remove the lying about the doping, there just wouldn't be much doping. That is my view on things

    Vincenzo Nibali

It's also not the type of stage that you can fully judge based on doping. Even those of us that believe froome is clearly undeniably doped expected Froome to lose time on the cobbles today( let's be honest he would not have finished where porte did had he not fallen ), and that wouldnt have...
