    Recommendations for narrow-width road shoes

Thanks for the feedback everyone! My research concurs with what you all stated, Italian. Unfortunately, I can't find any locally to try on (just some low-end Sidis). Plenty online to order, but sizes are all over the place between brands. Any ideas what size I would need in Sidi, Vittoria...

    Diagnose the fall

Love the first youtube comment, "I can't figure out why this song was matched with this footage...cycling and coldplay are like oil and water. Did your girlfriend break up with you right before you made this???"

Different length axles for Dura-Ace Pedals?

Thanks for the recommendations and link. I've got my shoes and cleats dialed in correctly and have custom orthotics as well. I’m very toed-out, and so heeled-in which is the issue. Not experiencing any pain or discomfort, just need my pedals to extend 2-3mm out to clear my heels from the...

Different length axles for Dura-Ace Pedals?

Thought about that, will prob do if I can't get a longer spindle. Thanks. Thanks for the info, this would be perfect. Just wish they made different lengths - I don't need 20mm, 3-5mm tops.

Different length axles for Dura-Ace Pedals?

Does Shimano offer longer length axels for their Dura-Ace 7900 pedals? I'm riding 7800 SL pedals now and can use a few more mm of axel length to keep my heels from constantly hitting the chainstays. Thanks

    What bike/bikes are you riding?

Yea, bought the white Hudz just for the look, now prefer over OEM hoods. Better grip and overall feel.

Thanks for the compliments. My first white bike--tough to keep clean, but love the look and rides great.

    Paris-Roubaix VS. Kona Ironman

As tough as P-R and IM Kona are, I'd have to rate the big 100+ mile endurance runs as toughest. -HardRock 100 in Colorado (66,000 ft of climbing-winning time of 27 hours) -HURT 100 in Hawaii (known for roughest terrain and greatest climate change) -Badwater 135 in Death Valley (temps...

Steakgate latest: Contador positive for Clenbuterol in four different tests

+1 Exactly...AC should know better (Clen has no threshold). Reminds me when Scott Moninger got busted for 19-norandrosterone, proved the suppliments he took were contaminated, but still was banned.
