I live on a frontier where there are regularly hundreds of confiscated bikes. I have often thought of seeing how I could blag them out of customs (they are left to rot) and send them to Morroco which is only 20 miles away across the straits of Gibraltar.

I'm sorry, unfortunately I disagree with most of the comments. One of the great things about cycling is that you can get up close to watch and its free. Fine fence off the last 1, 2 or 3 km that makes sense, but for me these fans add to the colour and atmosphere. Imagine how boring those...
