Well of course it was lottery, but if you follow Pogačar on strava you can acually see when he is preparing for peaking. When he was dominating before corona he didn´t even properly peak. Also last year on Vuelta he showed that he has amazing recovery and on the last year WC and this year´s MSR...

I joined this game for the first time after few years of lurking here on this forum and I want to ask, is there any similar game for mtb cxo? I would really love that (especially if it would incorporate women mtb xco which is very unpredictible and very fun to watch)...

If I ask my non-cycling friends to name one cyclist, they will all say Sagan. Maybe some of them know Froome, but I would bet noone knows Nibali etc. So rider of the decade should not be decided only by results...

Everyone is saying how VdP can't do longer climbs yet he was outclimbing Shurter in every XCO World Cup he entered this year. Those climbs are 3-4 min long at most, but still...I think we are underestimating VdP's climbing ability. Another think is AGR total evevation is 3400m and LBL total...
