I like the look of the lever instead of buttons. I'd imagine it would be more intuitive to be able to push a single lever up or down depending on which way you'd want to shift. Kind of like....down tube shifters!
I wonder if they are sensitive to how far you push? Small nudge one gear...

I clocked him at approx 120 rpm as he moved past Renshaw and on to the finish (they showed the clock on screen for the last 8 seconds, so that and a count of pedal strokes)
