I think Flo's (aand others) assessment of the rule re including u23 riders is correct. Perhaps it could be downgraded from a rule to hint/tip for enjoying the game? Flo - really chuffed to see this thread and the number of teams submitted already.

Losing that extra bit of time today might work in Adam's favour. If Yates can follow, Froome won't be obliged to drop him to protect the yellow Jersey.

Catching Hugo top make the podium seems like it could be possible if Adam Yates can out perform Vakoc and Formolo for the rest of the season. But perhaps I should be looking over my shoulder at those behind too.

I didnt see today's stage, but when I saw Ciccone had won I was overjoyed. When I saw Landa had abandoned I was gutted.

Re: Compared to what others have scored this week, you should do fine, maybe even creep up to 2nd!

My week looks a touch better with Landa's points from today included - otherwise would have dropped 10+ places - things very close between places 11-26. He's my only real prospect of holding my own this week too.
