    Not sure if you've ever gone on an all day training ride, but for me the shower is as much about relaxing and recovery as it is cleanliness. He's a busy guy and was doing his best to manage his time. I wonder if had asked the tester if he could go to the kitchen for a tasty chicken sandwich...

    Well.... The donkey that showed to administer the test should have informed LA that his actions could be detrimental to the "results" of his test. if the JO was a competent test authority he would have informed LA of his rights, not simply allowed him to wander off hoping something like this...
