    What is your favourite suplement?

    Outlast by Outlast Energy all the way. It's easy to drink at full strength and doesn't upset my stomach. My muscles also feel much better the day after a hard ride.

    High or lower?

    Just make sure you are comfortable with whatever cadence you are riding at. Jan Ulrich famously used a very low cadence and he was / is one of the world's greatest cyclists. I can tell you that riding at high RPMs will be very stressful when you first start riding that way.

    Lance vs. Shaq?

    Not sure about watts needed but Shaq MIGHT be able to compete with Lance in a flat, short sprint. That would let him take full advantage of the huge torque he can produce. Any other cycling competition would go to Lance hands down.

    Foods you carry whilst cycling?

    For really long rides I love taking KIND Fruit and Nut bars, bananas and apples plus Outlast endurance drink. For regular rides all I use is Outlast.
