Having the same issue. My issue happens EVERY ride. I get really confused and dizzy, with periodic blacked out vision. It can happen once or multiple times during my ride. I ride between 30 and 100 miles. I have several minutes to stop and lay down and after 5 minutes I feel 100% again...
