    2015 Tour Down Under, Jan 18-25 (2.uwt)

.... and Von Hoff also won the bunch sprint in the Aust Nat road race (for 9th)

Vuelta 2012, Stage 20: La Faisanera Golf-Bola del Mundo (170,7 km)

That could not have been right! Clarke started on 38 and was 2 ahead. Purito has not picked up any KoM points today.

Who's The Best All-Round Rider In Pro Cycling?

Valverde is certainly a great finisher but Evans, for example, is a better TT'er and seems to have more endurance/recovery and climbing consistency - I don't think you can say one is more complete than the other unless you value sprinting ahead of all else.

Saturday, june 16th - Tour de Suisse, stage 8: Bischofszell - Arosa 148km

.... what does Albasini have to do to convince people that he attacked (3 times at least)?! Surely if anyone deserves bonus seconds he does? Just because some sit and steal bonuses from time to time does not mean you do away with a good system.

    USADA - Armstrong

...... and that Steffen & Vaughters did not notice the name Del Moral shouting out from Lowe's medical certificate (and/or had no interest in what doctors he saw)?

    Critérium du Dauphiné 2012 stage 2, 160km, Lamastre→Saint-Félicien

Gerro was also trying to help Durbridge retain yellow (after Clarke buried himself helping Gerro back on) and may have been held back on that account.

    2012 Giro d'Italia, May 7th, stage 3: Horsens → Horsens, 190K

I see nothing in the rules (or common sense) which says you treat different types of riders differently when it comes to penalty. If Ferrari was not DQ'd Renshaw was robbed - he endangered noone and did not influence the outcome of the race (nor were his actions likely to).

    The Most Devastating Attack

Evans - Mendrisio 2009 - best timed and against the best riders, if not necessarily the most spectacular!

    2012 Volta ao Algarve

5th in the Aussie nationals was at best unexpected by his standards. That said he could well have won the road championship 2 days earlier if he had not appeared to wait for his sprinter teammate CJ Sutton over the last climb. When CJ dropped away Porte time trialled alone back to the 2...

Jayco al-'Ula and its GreenEdge predecessors

Just checked the site again - using IE it is still a dog's breakfast. As I am using a work PC which needs to use IE (and, sadly, only IE), I suspect I will not be trying again as I have seen no specific advice or encouragement that it ever will work on that browser. Great to see a win at the...

Down Under Classic (15/1/2012), Adelaide, 51km

Not missing much - the picture is almost thumbnail size and cannot be enlarged.

Jayco al-'Ula and its GreenEdge predecessors

It seems to work on Firefox OK (and with great potential if still work in progress) but with Explorer it is a disaster. Last time I looked IE had a fair slice of the market unfortunately.

It is quite embarassing and has been so for 2 hours now. They should take it down until it is fixed. Let us hope it is only a traffic issue.

    Jens Voigt

The Spiegel article says nothing other than Jens paid out on dopers (funeral pyre et al) only days before Basso was outed (it says nothing either way as to what he said or did when Basso made headlines nor what he knew or did not know about Basso). The second article (which only seems to...
