    1 hr max session- what to do?

    Not all bodies react to the same training session, think about warming up 30 minutes first, and work out another 30 minutes, divide those remaining 30 valuable minutes in improving endurance, speed, and stamina. Pedal until you can´t breathe.

    I agree with badboyberty, we need to drop some sports out of the line, specially those ugly ice skating suits, what about snowboarding? Should it become a winter sport officially subscripted to the Olympics?

    Son, if you want to feel better after an exercise session, without feeling pain, you must train a lot first, at the beginning it´s difficult to not feel sore, try with soft exercise, ten push ups, a series of ten military presses or feel free to experiment with any kind of workout you feel...

    Bronchitis!

    Whenever you feel sick, and specifically of bronchitis, make a hot lemonade with garlic and honey. Drink it hot, and next day you will be just fine.
