    Impressive as ever today. For MSR, I think they should try and make it hard already on the Capo’s, but I think they will just repeat the attempt from last year on the Cipressa which worked on everyone bar a couple of riders.

    Yer I imagine they are told to limit how much all out running efforts they do. Would be curious to see what Pog is capable of if he tried.

    He is doing a bit of jogging here, has he ever said what his 5k/10k PB is? I know some cyclists have got excellent times like Yates, Mollema, Dumoulin

    Likely to end the season with: - TDF - 3 Monuments - WC - Podium every monument in season - 4 TDF Stages - EC - Dauphine - Amstel - UAE How many great riders don’t finish a career with a palmares like that? It’s probably not even Pog’s best season. Insane.
