Your Orbea comes a 57 cm TT, the cannondale is is 56 cm TT. One size up (58 cm) comes with a 57.5 cm TT. Also the 56 Cannondale comes with a much shorter head tube than the Orbea.
How long did you ride your bike since you recalibrated the computer? The last digit changes every 100 m. So if you just spin the wheel for a few seconds, you will not see any changes.
The TCR Advanced Sl is made from the a bit better carbon (T800). Which makes the frame slightly lighter. Also comes in two models, with an integrated seatpost or with an adjustable post. Whichever model you buy rest assured you'll end up with an amazing bike. To be honest I don't think you can...
I am using them. I have to say they are a bit too wide for me, but I just put some insoles to make them fit me better. Otherwise, superb shoes, very light and comfortable. Thinking of buying an extra pair for the future. Highly recomended.

Did you mean the SL version or just the regular Advanced? I am guessing you are asking about the SL and it is the same frame. The O is designed to accept the battery for the DI2. That would be the only difference. Hope this will help you.
