i guess you don't watch Alberto for consistency- in this race alone there has often been a 'good' day followed by a ahem-'recovery' day, so i'm trying to enjoy the fun parts without expecting a podium- just to see him in this form after the last few tours is great

I would love AC to be on the podium, but at another level I don't care , he has made this race interesting, tense, and exciting- . La Vuelta overall has been more interesting to watch than the TdF (imo)- though not so much for the sprinters ( to put it mildly).

Cantpedal may be right that there is nothing conservative about the way team Sky etcetera ride but I find it suffocating to watch- i am so bored of Froome and his Sky sandwich (with him as the cream cheese filling), I shall miss Contador, maybe how he rides isn't always wise but what makes...

i will miss his style of riding

any news of his plans for his own team..?
