Re: No problem - all email addresses remain confidential. As you might be able to see the site is hosted by Google Forms so the site is completely safe.

I wasn't planning to but I will see how I go with this one. If I can get sufficient responses there will be quite a lot of stats to work on with the current parameters. However as you say there is so much potential to find out more.
