Every rider can win, but most won't. I don't think Remco will ever win the Tour.

This is vastly overrating him on short/mid climbs. There's a reason he hasn't won races like Paris Nice, Tirreno or Itzulia.

Looking at the TT results further down, it's more that Almeida stands out as bad.
